TKP PARTY GUIDELINES To book any package, a 50% retainer is due immediately. A retainer is transferable but non-refundable. Transfers of dates can be made up to 2 weeks before the original date booked. If you need to add more party guests, pizza and/or cupcakes, please let us know a week before your party. A party host will be available to you during your rental time. You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your party to begin setting up. Both “The DIY” and “The Set Up” packages are booked during hours of operation, so other non-party guests are to be expected at the facility.  When booking any package, we ask that you respect your selected time frame. Once your party time is up, you and your guests will be expected to leave or pay to renter. For cleanup, we ask that you take any personal items. We will take care of trash and cleaning.
